Refund policy

Fresh flowers - if you experience a problem with the quality of fresh flowers, please send an e-mail to jess@hoopersfarm.net including a photo of the flowers with a description of the problem. I will aim to process any refund within 7 working days.

Courses - if you can no longer attend a course, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel within 3 weeks of the workshop, you can opt to receive a refund or move your booking to another date, subject to availability. Cancellations after this date will not receive a refund as at this point, I will have incurred a number of costs. You can, however, transfer the booking to another name at any point.

Subscriptions - subscriptions are non-refundable. Customers can request to move their chosen dates to another date; this must be done 3 working days before any delivery or PYO session. 

Pick Your Own Flowers - My flower patch offers a range of seasonal flowers. In some weeks, this might be limited due to weather. If this is the case, I will contact you and offer another date for pick your own. Please note that from time to time, I will reserve a small selection of flowers in the patch for an occasion (e.g. a wedding); this will be clearly signposted.

Vouchers - All voucher purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other goods. Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance after redemption will be forfeited.
