Shipping policy

Bouquet Subscriptions (including as part of Year in Bloom)

• Delivery of bouquets as part of a subscription is free, but only orders within a 6 mile radius of Hoopers Farm (TN8 5QU) will be accepted on my website.
• Deliveries will be on selected Fridays during the season.
• Customers will be e-mailed prior to the start of the flower season to select their delivery dates.
• Customers can change their deliveries up until 11:59 on the Wednesday before that delivery. This might involve swapping from or to a later date in the season. 
• It is the customer's responsibility to leave a suitable container of water at their property, should they not be at home to receive the delivery.

Hand-Tied Bouquet Deliveries

• Deliveries will be on selected Fridays during the season. The date is selected on my website.
• Deliveries are free within a 5 mile radius of Hoopers Farm (TN8 5QU), deliveries between 5 and 10 miles from Hoopers Farm cost £10 and deliveries between 10 and 15 miles from Hoopers Farm cost £20. Delivery is not available at distances further than 15 miles. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• It is the customer's responsibility to leave a suitable container of water at their property, should they not be at home to receive the delivery

Luxury Arrangement Deliveries

• Deliveries are within 3 working days of your order.
• Deliveries are free within a 5 mile radius of Hoopers Farm (TN8 5QU), deliveries between 5 and 10 miles from Hoopers Farm cost £10 and deliveries between 10 and 15 miles from Hoopers Farm cost £20. Delivery is not available at distances further than 15 miles. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
